Where is MTM?

No posts from him for a while so I thought I should track him down;

It appears he is too busy posting over at www.hpoc.co.uk to worry about his own site. Here is a list of a few topics he has been involved in over the last few days:

I’ll speak with MTM later and see if he wants a few things done on his behalf, I’m nioce like that!

Mk3 Axle Fitted

I finally have fitted my MK3 Axel to the truck.

It has been stripped cleaned and painted. It’s had a complete overhaul with new bearings, seals and discs now - I’ll have better braking with the vented discs biggrin.gif!!

I have fitted the Detroit TruTrac locker with 5.29 r&p. I took the time as well to beef up the axle by welding a brace on top of the axle on the long side.

You may also notice i moved the steering stabiliser up and into the middle of the axle to give a bit more protection. While everything was off, I had to lengthen the torque rod as the mounting on the MK3 axle is a bit further back, so i made an adjustable one; it turned out pretty good.
